five (really) good things . on november 13
1. apples. just can't get enough of these lately.
2. jonny coming home early the last couple of days, including today. (thank you)
3. blue sky (even though it feels like winter outside).
4. a quiet weekend to come.
5. giving myself permission to let go of the guilt of being so behind on email, on reopening my etsy shop, and on the list goes. just breathing in and out. doing the best i can.

1. I got my Olympic schedule and it ROCKS! I got great hours-the easiest ones to cummute at. YAY!
2. Indy, my black Lab who is a great comfort and always makes me smile.
3. The feast for the eyes that is Autumn. The trees are so beautiful it hurts.
4. Nice medical staff yesterday when I went for some pre-op stuff. It was a pleasant surprise and a nice break from the surley folks I usually encounter in the medical world.
5. Mandrine oranges. MMM!

2. Still feeling the amazing effects from the World Peace Yoga Conference.
3. Being healthier now than I have been in my entire adult life.
