Put It On The Page

$225.00

Being human is such a wild, beautiful, hard adventure. From witnessing the world around us to living our individual daily lives, we experience heartache, joy, grief, hope, anger, uncertainty, and so many other feelings. We want to remind you that you aren’t alone in these experiences + give you practices to help you move through them in creative and mindful ways.

Join Liz Lamoreux and Audrey Hamel for PUT IT ON THE PAGE - a day-long workshop that explores journaling, collage, conversation, writing, community, and simple ways to move your body. You will practice noticing the feelings within and getting them out of you and onto a page in a journal. We will explore prompts that you can return to again and again to help you in moments when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply over it. Through this class you will explore how to be a witness to hold space for yourself and others when the big feelings come up.

Audrey and Liz will share stories about their friendship and how they’ve been each other's witnesses for big feelings in their own lives. They will also create a space that is just for you and your fellow workshop participants. You will feel seen, celebrated, and heard during our time together.

About Audrey: I am a Coach, Facilitator and Speaker. Each of these offerings comes from a desire to increase opportunities for connection, community, agency, self discovery and presence for as many people as possible. I believe that the more available connection to self and others is to each of us, the more healing we can do individually and as a community.

About Liz: I teach creative and mindful practices to help us navigate The And Space. If you're new to that phrase, The And Space is what I call the place where we hold beauty and grit and honor everything in between. This is a space we all find ourselves in while on this path of being human. I use poetry, photography, and art journaling to tell my stories, and if you spend a little time with me, you’ll probably end up writing a poem. Most days you can find me creating in my journals, making jewelry and other reminders to help us keep showing up, or taking a drive around Puget Sound after school with my kid.
