
There is a little room inside my home:
where I look back toward the women who came before me as I gather vintage handkerchiefs and buttons, poetry, bits of fabric and lace, and listen to the whispers of stories from long ago
where I sew, twist wire, string beads, cut fabric, and write in moleskines while sipping tea and singing along with Paul Simon
where I create aprons and bags and necklaces and prayer flags and think about the lives they will live when they adventure out into the world...
