try to...

let go of the running ahead, the wishing, the assuming it might. let go of the tumbling, twisting, turning thoughts that distract you from what is real. let go of how you thought it was supposed to be. let go of the lists, the shoulds, the whys, the please don't let it. try to let it go dear one.

take a breath. then another.

just be right here, and soak up all that is before you.

Oh dearest I so so needed this reminder!
Coming back to center and what is right now.
It's all good because it's all God...thank you!

Liz, this is just what I needed to hear today. I am in fast forward mode right now and looking for a safe place in the grass to jump off and rest for a while. Thanks for reminding me to do just that.

These words are a precious gift today, and one I am so very glad to receive. Your message is very much needed in this corner, today and always.

simple but meaningful post. as my day at work was getting spun out of control, i actually remembered to be present, take a breath, let it go, give up to God (as my higher power) and move on. thank you for the reassurance. xo alane
