inner excavate-along guest contributor: vivienne mcmaster

Today, we are checking back in with Inner Excavation contributor Vivienne McMaster. I asked Viv to share some inspiration that would gently push you to dive deeper into the world of self-portraits, and I am delighted to share her gorgeous photos and wisdom.
As you continue to explore your inner and outer landscapes here in Chapter 5, I hope you will think about the "dangers of self-portraiture" that Viv shares below and turn the camera toward yourself.

Such wonderful words and images. Vivienne is just wonderful and so inspiring.
these images are just breathtaking!
These are beautiful. Very inspirational. I am terrible at taking self portraits....I have deleted, deleted, deleted!!!! Seeing these gives me hope. I'm going to keep trying.
Love her so much . . . what a treat this morning! I enjoyed taking her "you are your own muse" course and it was life changing, a treat for anyone taking it!
Thanks lovelies for your sweet words!
Keep trying Angela...the more photos you can take the more you give yourself the chance to see the fabulousness that you are!
Vivienne, I want you to know that both you and Liz are real heroes of mine. You truly lift me up and inspire me when I need it most.
Because of this, and your ability to help us be brave and see ourselves, I wrote a little something and posted it to my blog. I would never in a million years have been able to post a photo of myself, but I DID IT!
