i'm so glad you're here

Each day I'm trying to find the "yes" in the real moments that make up this beautiful, sometimes hard, crazy, awesome life. And I'd love for you to come along. Read more about me.

inner excavate-along: a saturday post

A simple homework assignment for you (for me) today:

1) Take one to five minutes to stand outside and breathe deeply.

2) Go to bed early (so close your laptop dear one).

3) And when you feel yourself uninspired or feeling a bit alone or convinced that you could never create a self-portrait, head over to the Inner Excavation Flickr group and feel you heart fill up again.

Thank you for sharing yourselves and your stories. Happy weekend,
