in this moment {an invitation}

a backyard deep breath

in this moment, i am leaning toward all that is to come while letting go with each breath.

*****

an invitation: go outside with your camera and take a photo of this moment (perhaps a self-portrait even). and then, finish this sentence: in this moment, i am...

then, share on your blog or flickr and then come back here and tell me all about it (share your link or your experience).

dare you.

In this moment I am aghast at how BAD my face looks after being "zapped" by my dermatologist and humbled that I have an eagle-eyed doctor who looks after my health...

in this moment i am: thankful. things can get completely topsy-turvy in the blink of an eye...and good things can still come of it. i wrote about that just now at: floatingtothetop.blogspot.com
thanks for the dare...i needed that! it's time to relax and release.

I read your post just as my husband announced that we were going for a walk to check out the location of a new pizza cafe. All the way through the walk, I kept thinking, "In this moment, I am... In this moment, I am..." and looking at the familiar surrounds as if through a viewfinder.
We took a different route home, and this is what revealed itself:

Thank you, dear Liz, for reminding me to be present and be here.

In this moment, I am sleepy. But I kind of want to finish Fame before I go to sleep. Cannot decide whether to resist or not.

Happy Monday, dear Liz!
