this day.

this morning, i almost forgot me for a bit

life is full in this moment....which can be oh so very beautiful...

but also an invitation for overwhelm

and a current project had me in a full-on stop. start. stop. what is going on? start. stop.

so i took myself outside

and found yellow + wishes

and remembered

yes yes....breathing, noticing, getting down to flower-eye level...all these remind us. Maybe because in some small way, they are us, we are they....whatever that means, really.....

What a miracle that just stopping, noticing, really seeing something so ordinary can be a highlight in our days.

I need to comment on this poem...I'm touched, especially this line: "and remembered"...very profound...
