You know, I positively detested pink for years. But lately, I've come to see how much fun it can be! (I'm still not thrilled with pink bathrooms, though -- I've lived with too many "pepto bismol" pink walls. The pink bathroom in our current house isn't that bright, but I plan to eventually change it.)
